I recognize and honor the Indigenous tribes (Lumbee, Catabwa & Tuscarora) whose sacred lands we now inhabit and the enslaved Africans whose resilience and contributions deeply shape our community.
I am committed to acknowledging and respecting these rich legacies in all of my practices.
With every action, I strive to honor this truth.
